Orders management with trend signals |

OrdMan Envelopes v1.14 
The main keys of this system are:
- Order management
- Orders distance
- Be with the trend (hard to know if we are with the trend, mostly on sideways/consolidation markets). This means not to insist in going against the market
- Open long when market is not overbought and open short when market is not oversold
- Get out at breakeven when the first positions did not worked and when the time already passed more than 3 days (BreakEvenDays)
